5. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
Silk Ember is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once additional shipping costs are covered.
6. Delays or Lost Packages
While rare, shipping delays can occur due to courier or customs issues.

7. Split Shipments
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may ship in multiple packages. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each package.
